Service providers and subprocessors

Each provider below processes personal data only to provide its service to Dwellori, under a written contract that requires confidentiality, security, and data protection terms.

Current providers

Appwrite identity and Sites
In useAuthentication, sessions, website hosting, and runtime operations.
Neon PostgreSQL
In usePrimary application database and its backups.
Brevo
In useEmail delivery and email contact processing.
Telnyx
In useSMS delivery, inbound messages, and call metadata.
Aiven Valkey
In useRate limiting and short-lived coordination using identifiers and counters only.
Stripe
Used only when enabledSubscription payments when a workspace buys a paid plan. Stripe collects card details directly; Dwellori receives customer and subscription identifiers only.

Changes to this list

Dwellori updates this page at least 30 days before a new provider begins processing customer personal data. A customer may object on reasonable data protection grounds under the Data Processing Agreement. Dwellori does not send message content to large language model providers.
