Privacy requests

Give a person a copy of their data, or erase it, after you confirm who they are. To remove a contact for any other reason, delete it in CRM instead.

Your activation check data

Export or clear your operator linkage on guided activation checks in this workspace. This is separate from contact (lead) privacy requests. Full notice: Privacy notice for guided setup · Activation check.

Export includes run status and retention timestamps only — not sample tokens or digests.
Erase clears your user/membership linkage; sample cleanup is still done on Activation check.
Requires workspace admin permission (same as activation settings).

I understand erase only clears my operator linkage on activation runs (not contact DSR, not other users).

Digest emails

Choose whether you get the daily digest email. Every digest includes an unsubscribe link and a postal address. If you have not received a digest yet, you can change this after the first one arrives.

New data request

Export downloads a copy of the person's data. Erase removes their personal data from Dwellori and asks connected providers to do the same, except records that must be kept by law.
