Accessibility statement

Draft updated August 2, 2026

Draft target statement. This is not a certification or claim of full conformance. An independent, full-product accessibility audit has not been completed.

Our target

Dwellori targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for Release 1 core workflows. We want the product to work with keyboard input, screen readers, zoom and text reflow, reduced motion, and non-color status cues.

Measures in the product

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and native controls where practical.
  • Visible keyboard focus and keyboard access in tested core workflows.
  • Text status and error messages that do not rely only on color.
  • Responsive layouts and mobile touch-target requirements.
  • Password fields accept pasted text and password-manager autofill, so signing in and setting a password do not depend on memory or transcription.
  • Automated Axe checks for serious and critical issues in selected workflows.

Automated tests detect only some accessibility barriers and do not prove conformance.

Known limitations and evidence gaps

  • No independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit or assistive-technology compatibility matrix exists.
  • Not every route, responsive state, error, loading state, or third-party surface has manual keyboard and screen-reader evidence.
  • Legal pages still require final zoom, reflow, contrast, keyboard, print, and screen-reader review before policy approval.

Feedback and help

Email the help contact below with the page or workflow, what you expected, and the barrier you encountered. If useful, include your browser, device, and assistive technology. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or customer data.

A permanent accessibility owner, response target, alternative-format process, and escalation path must be approved before this statement is final.

Technical basis and review

The target standard is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement should be reviewed after a material interface change, a substantiated accessibility complaint, or a completed audit, and at least annually while the service is active.
